Ms. Debarati Banerjee having spending 24+ years in the Republic of Ireland,
where she has gained experience in the beautiful Island of the Emerald isle. She has gained substantial
experience and knowledge of authentic cuisines from various European states as an Executive chef,
Consultant chef and a Business Analyst. She graduated from NIPS School of Hotel Management , Kolkata
after which she studied Strategic Business Analysis from Darden School Of Business, Virginia, United States.
Ms Debarati has the vision to open and run an authentic Indo-Irish style CLOUD KITCHEN in the heart of Cyber city,Gurgaon which she believes that this new venture in the markets will be a great
addition to the locals. Similar to Celtic which refers to Culture, Language and Heritage of Ireland, Authenticity
of Irish product is questionable outside the Emerald Isle. Hence the name “CELTIC CORNER” and the CEO
being none other than Miss Banerjee a proud Irish Indian, trying to bring the two nations even closer by
exchanging the food & beverage culture between them.
